We understand you need assistance with downloading the sales report.
Please follow the below steps in order to download the sales report:
-In your seller account, click on " Orders"
-Click on "All Orders"
-On the right Side, download order data
To export the report into excel, click on "Blue Arrow" on the top right, choose XLS and the report will be downloaded.
Please write back to us with the screenshot of the error if you face difficulties in accessing the sales report.
