•Click on Login (ACCESS YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT button available on the right-hand side of the page)
•Enter the registered email & password
•Click on "Reports"
•You will see all the payments available for your seller account.
•Click on download to get your reports
Please write back to us with the screenshot of the error if you face difficulties in accessing the payment report.
If you have any further questions or need any support, we request you to contact seller support in a new ticket. You can contact seller support with the steps below:
• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Contact us” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason”.
• Click on “Create”.
A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
