We would like to inform you that as per our records, payment is not released as the order payout is less than AED 50 and since the threshold value is less than the required payout, the payment is not issued against your seller account. 

Please know that you will start receiving the payment once the payout balance exceeds 50 AED.

• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Contact us” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason”.
• Click on “Create”.
• A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
