Packaging Material Request Sent- Resolve

Thank you for contacting us for the packaging material. 

We have placed request for the packaging material to the Last Mile team. Please note that material shall be delivered to you within 48-72 business hours. 
 
Please note that orders need to be packed in IMILE/Aramex/EMX pouches. Please ensure that you package your item properly in the provided packaging material to avoid any potential damages during the shipping. Once the item is packed, attach the AWB outside where it is visible during the shipment.
 
Please follow these instructions to pack your items:
1. Ensure to paste the “fragile” sticker if items are sensible and prone to damages.
2. Place a sticker to indicate the up and down if required.
3. If there are multiple parts of the product in the order, please pack them together wherever possible
4. Package your item properly to avoid any potential damages during the shipping.
