This email is in reference to your concern regarding the pick-up for bulky items.
We would like to inform you that any item with external package dimensions above 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and/or weight above 30 Kgs are not eligible for pick-up. Last Mile courier partner will not be able to pick the items with weight more than 30 Kgs. We request you to remove the listings with weight more than 30 Kgs from your Seller Account to avoid receiving Orders.
To delete the SKU, please upload a delete feed in your account by following the instructions below:
1. Login to the Seller Portal, click on the Inventory tab, and select 'Import via Upload'.
2. Click on the Inventory tab and select 'Import via Upload'.
3. Click on 'Download offer template'.
4. Fill in the required & required for offer details, i.e product id, product id type, offer sku, price, condition & quantity.
5. In optional offer information details:- choose delete option from drop down.
6.Save the file, and upload it in your seller account.
To upload the file: -Click on the File Upload tab -In the Import Type drop-down, select "Offers" -Click on "Add File", select the file from your saved location -Click on Upload File. The file upload will be completed in the next 24 hours.

• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Contact us” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason”.
• Click on “Create”.
