We would like to inform you that you now have option in your Seller Account to pause the selling.
You may change the status of your account by following these steps:
- Login to your account and go to Account Settings
- Under the Shop Overview panel, you will see the Current Status button at the bottom of the page.
- By toggling the Current Status button, you may temporarily deactivate your account by choosing start & end date.
You will not receive any orders while your account is inactive. When you are ready to reactivate your account by following the same steps.
If you have any further questions or need any support, we request you to contact seller support in a new ticket. You may give reference of this ticket in the new ticket.
