Greetings from Carrefour Marketplace!

Thank you for contacting us.

We do understand your concern regarding your shop being put to closed/offline status.

Due to inactivity in your account for consecutive 5 days and to avoid customer experience being impacted, we have placed your account in Vacation mode. You can activate your account at any time by following these steps:

- Login to your account and go to Account Settings
- Under the Shop Overview panel, you will see the Current Status button at the bottom of the page.
- By toggling the Current Status button, you can go online by disabling the vacation mode.
 
Note- Once your account is activated, listings will go live on the website.
 
Before you reactive your account we request you to kindly check the below:  
 
• Kindly check if your offers are updated 
• Check your inventory if the prices/quantities are accurate 
• Make sure that the products are described properly and in detail, buyers should receive the same exact item as displayed in the website 
• Please ensure that you have sufficient packaging material to be used
 
In order to deliver the products on time we would like to reiterate to you our Order Management timelines.
 
o Order needs to be accepted within 24 business hours of them being placed. If you fail to accept within 24 business hrs it will be marked as a Late acceptance.
o Orders needs to be shipped within 24 business hours from the order being accepted. If you fail to ship within 24 business hrs it will be marked as a Late Shipment.
o Order needs to be delivered within the date range mentioned on the website. If you fail to deliver within the given date range, it will be marked as Late delivery.
 
You can monitor your shop’s performance from the seller portal. You can check the performance by the below steps:  
 
Login to your Seller Portal>Go to ‘Reports’>Click on ‘Seller Performance Dashboard’

• Go to the seller page link: - https://marketplace.carrefouruae.com/login 
• Enter your login Email address and password  
• Please click on the “Contact us” tab through which you can open a new case. 
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason”. 
• Click on “Create”.
 
A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
