We have checked and found that your registration with Carrefour is incomplete. In order to sell on Carrefour, you need to verify your phone number, email address and accept the terms to upload the documents for verification.

We have sent the OTP on your registered phone number and email address for the verification. Please find the OTP and the email, follow the instructions to complete the registration. Further, you need to accept the terms and upload the required documents for verification in your Seller Account.. 

Note- First you need to verify the phone number and then only you will be able to upload the documents.

If you have any further queries related to this you can create a new ticket to seller support by following the below steps:

• Go to the seller page link: - https://marketplace.carrefouruae.com/login
• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Contact us” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason”.
• Click on “Create”.

A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
