GTIN Exemption for listing creation

Through your email, we understand that you need assistance with the GTIN exemption for listing your products.

We would like to inform you that we do not provide GTIN exemption at present. Further, products cannot be listed without the Product Id on Carrefour and the product Id needs to be registered with GS1. Kindly contact GS1 at https://www.gs1.org/services/verified-by-gs1 for obtaining the Product Ids for listing your products.

We suggest you to check if the product you want to sell is already listed on the website and if it is listed you will be able to add your offer against that product. In case your product is unique and is not listed, we request you to kindly explore the option of procuring Product Id and list the products.

In order to add offers to the existing listings, follow the instructions below:
- In your Seller Account, click 'Add a Product/Offer' under Inventory.
- If the product exists, type the name of the product on the search bar.
- Use the left-hand filter to find exactly the product.
- Once you find the product, click on “sell yours”.
- Add your stock quantity and the price and promotional price if available.
- Review the information and click on “Create Offer”. 

If you have any further questions or need any support, we request you to contact seller support in a new ticket. You may give reference of this ticket in the new ticket.
