Through your email, we understand that you need assistance with updating the product details/images.
In order to update the listing, you need to reupload the listing with the correct product details. For your reference, here are the instructions to update the product details:
• Login to the Seller Portal, click on the Inventory tab and select 'Import via Upload'.
• Select the category of the item that you would like to enlist, and click on the subcategory. Click on Download Template for Offers.
• Fill all the required details and in the Update/Delete column, select 'Update'.
• To upload the file, click on the File Upload tab. In the Import Type drop-down, select "Product (Create or Update)".
• Then click on "Add File", select the file from your saved location, and click on Upload File. The file upload will be completed in the next 24-48 hours.
Directly downloadable image links must be added in the image columns. It should be a direct image link not a web page link with additional images/links/Ads. The images that are used routes to a web page link rather a downloadable image.
Note: Basic information like SKU & EAN can't be edited.,
Image guidelines:
- Image size should be at least 1000*1000 pixels in either width or height
- The product should fill 85% of the frame
- All images should have pure white background
- Images should show the product listed clearly
- Do not provide images with watermarks and/or logos
- File format should be JPEG, PNG, GIF
- Do not provide un-related image to attract attention
- Do not provide images for a product that is not listed for sale
- Provide minimum of three images for each product
