We have reviewed your account and found that you have not accepted the terms and conditions. Please click on the link below to accept the terms and conditions and upload the required documents:

We need the below mentioned documents for completing the verification:
- Full copy of the trade license
- Front and back copy of the Emirates ID of all the persons mentioned on the trade license
- Bank account details with the bank letterhead
- Bank account details on Seller's company letterhead
- VAT Registration

With these steps, you will be able to complete your Seller Account registration on Carrefour.

Please write back to us on a new ticket with a screenshot of the error if you face difficulties in completing your account registration. You can contact seller support with the steps below:

• Go to seller page link:- https://marketplace.carrefouruae.com/login
• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Support” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “What area do you need support on?” and “Sub Topic”.
• Please describe your problem and click on “Create”.
• A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
