• Go to seller page link:- https://marketplace.carrefouruae.com/login
• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Support” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “Reason” and “Sub Reason” and describe the issue.
• Click on “Create”.
• A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
