Through your email, we understand that you need assistance with listing your products on Carrefour.
In order to list your products, you will have to upload the listings in your Seller Account. For your reference, here are the instructions to create listings:
• Login to the Seller Portal, click on the Inventory tab and select 'Import via Upload'.
• Select the category of the item that you would like to enlist, and click on the subcategory. Click on Download Template for Offers.
• Fill in all the necessary information for your offer and save the file.
• To upload the file, click on the File Upload tab. In the Import Type drop-down, select "Product (Create or Update)".
• Then click on "Add File", select the file from your saved location, and click on Upload File. The file upload will be completed in the next 24-48 hours.

If you have any further questions or need any support, we request you to contact seller support in a new ticket. You can contact seller support with the steps below:
• Enter your login Email address and password
• Please click on the “Support” tab through which you can open a new case.
• Choose “What area do you need support on?” and “Sub Topic”.
• Please describe your problem and click on “Create”.
A request will be logged and will be reviewed by our support team.
